The Festival

Savor local flavors during the Sun Coast’s premiere food, wine and beer festival – Forks & Corks 2013!  Forks & Corks 2013 will showcase the delicious and diverse   cuisine from over 50 members of The Sarasota-Manatee Originals alongside the palate pleasers of an international cast of visiting winery owners and winemakers. The Sarasota-Manatee Originals is a group of passionate, independent restaurant owners that believes in preserving and enhancing our local culinary legacy.

The sixth annual epicurean event will be held in the gorgeous courtyard of The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, the chic Michael's Wine Cellar, and other fantastic venues across the region. The Forks & Corks world-class weekend of food, wine and beer will offer you a bounty of flavors through various vintner events; interactive wine seminars; and The Grand Tasting, which will feature a tremendous variety of wine and beer, food sampling from top local restaurants, live entertainment, and a charity wine auction to benefit American Red Cross.
